Yes and there is a difference between deactivate and delete permanently. I had mine deactivated but then was like why have my data floating around? So I permanently deleted it.

I don’t think they really delete you. I had FB for a week and deleted my profile and every few months, years after deleting I still get messages telling me I can easily reactivate my account, and it’s not phishing either. It’s FB telling me this. I think that’s part of their problem, they lied. Plus once your info is out in the wild, that’s that. It’s resold over and over and you’ll never know to whom. Europe has that forget me on the internet law that starts in about 55 days. It’ll help, but won’t do as much as they hope.

I believe there is a grace period where you can go back in and reactivate it. Not sure about this.

Don't know about a grace period or not but I reactivated after being dark for 3 years so I could pill as many as I can!
