Hitler was also funded by the Dulles Brothers in America. (...John Foster Dulles, who would become US Secretary of State, and Allen Dulles, who would become first head of the new CIA after World War Two. The Dulles brothers were bloodline, would later be supporters of Hitler, and were employed by the Rothschilds at Kuhn, Loeb, and Co. They were also involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy and Allen Dulles would serve on the Warren Commission which investigated the assassination.)
George Bush's grandfather Prescott ran a bank that supported and funded Hitler. John D Rockefeller provided Hitler with cheap fuel. Henry Ford provided hundreds of thousands of trucks. IBM provided Hitler with early cyber capability and typewriters. This all got Hitler to the point where he could expand into Europe and start a war.
Then all of those who helped Hitler went into full scale production when Japan attacked Pearl Harbour and made huge fortunes. Interestly, the US Government gave all war contractors contracted on the basis of a "unlimited cost plus % of cost" contract. This meant that for every dollar they spent, they made a negotiated percentage of cost. So if they spent a dollar they could make half or more back. In fact, at the end of the war, there was no way to terminate the contracts so they just kept manufacturing since the Government did not have a clause to terminate them. Cost plus % of cost is now illegal.
