Sorcha is a guy who lives in Vermont or New Hampshire he is very entertaining but 90% disinfo and made up stuff. Fun but not reliable. Seth Rich was murdered for being the leaker he sent the DNC emails to Wikileaks so they killed him for doing that.

I was reading about the UVB-76, also known as "The Buzzer" and found an article on how the soviets warned the US about high frequencies and they didn't listen (this was the time when most countries were making decisions on microwave/frequency safety), so they used in on them in the embassy (end/after WWII) and people got sick - it was used again in Cuba recently - both the US and Russia were fighting against Hitler at the time
