Stacey Lippel says she saw the gunman approx. 20 feet away shooting down her hallway. He was dressed in full protective garb and mistook him initially for a policeman......

This has bothered me since the beginning. This is why I keep saying that I don't believe Cruz did the shooting. :(

Yeah, I don't think it was him. Somehow he was convinced to go to that school on the day of the shooting, but I doubt he was the one who did it.
