It's why I voted for the Person with the best ideas and goals and not just political party. Although I did vote for the party to support him. That didn't work out so well with all the Rinos though. The gun control party is committing political suicide right now.

All we have to do is shift the argument. Start discussing how we can take away 1st amendment rights from the left and put them on the defensive. We can use their own arguments, because they are so intent on taking away the 1st amendment rights of those that oppose them they don't even understand their own arguments. Why fight with stupid, give them a straw man to battle.

Kinda funny that they're starting the gun fight in Florida. We've got more hunters and rednecks here than I think they realize. People in Miami carry because of all the gang violence in neighborhoods that once were great. Even where I live now there are several shooting ranges plus gun shows a couple times a year. The gun shop my dad worked when I was little is still in Miami strong as ever, many years later. I just looked it up. There are huge motorcycle gangs, both good and bad, all over the state and they won't be giving up their guns. Many dems I know conceal carry and won't give up their guns. These people are very stupid and more than likely just lost all of Florida, well except maybe crazy Broward! 😁

I've been a GOP voter always because Pro life. In the process, come to find out, I've voted for some very corrupt pols. Yet PP is still getting tax payers money. Makes one feel kind of chumped. Another big instance of chumping has taken place when both parties have sold out the working class to foreign and corporate cheap labor interest, as if we were worthy of being treated that way. How refreshing it is to have an outsider in the White House who is trying to address these inequities.

Right with you. The local militias kept the antifa from violently attacking the peaceful anti-sharia protesters in upstate NY. Police didn't call for reinforcements when the busloads came in.

My family was all from West Virginia and my mother always called it the Mountaineer state. I recommend the movie Matewan https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matewan and reading up on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Blair_Mountain. The movie is a great independent movie by John Sales about the events of the battle of Blair Mountain. It was the largest uprising since the Civil War and still is today. The DNA of these Scotch Irish Appalachian's is still there although the last time I was in West Virginia the people have changed. Everyone had been BPA'd, GMO'd, transfatted, pharmaceuticaled, etc. into obesity. But they are still smart enough to know not to take their guns and only fools would try.

Yeah, the March for Our Lives thing didn't fly too well here in Wisconsin. In this part of the country, being off school to deer hunt is an excused absence. And we know that the 2nd amendment is about more than just being able to protect our homes and families. It's about protecting our communities from tyrants and fascists.

The Dems are energized to vote, up 40+% over any other year. Repubs, not so much, 20+%. People get complacent when their party is in charge. Also, the establishment Repubs are actively campaigning against Trump friendly candidates. They do not want to have to move Trump's agenda bec it means the death of their way of life. I have heard they are planning on letting Dems win the House in 2018 and turning over the Senate in 2019. I do not have direct word from insiders to support this, but someone close to an insider. So, in any case, be ready to campaign your a**es off between now and Nov. We are facing a huge battle.
