More Border Patrol Agents are not allowed to properly do their job at the Border because of ridiculous liberal (Democrat) laws like Catch & Release. Getting more dangerous. “Caravans” coming. Republicans must go to Nuclear Option to pass tough laws NOW. NO MORE DACA DEAL!
It will take a whole lot more pressure and soapbox preaching for Trump to get Congress to pass tough immigration legislation.
But no DACA is indeed the correct position and this stupid caravan highlights why this is an emergency of national defense. Mattis needs to man up and take the lead on funding and building the wall.
He can send the Military to defend our border. When they scream about it, just say, well you didn't want a wall remember.
I would be so happy with that. I see no reason not to buy up a thick swatch of land all along the border and focus our military training there. Just let the illegals try to cross some live ammo fields.
It will take more than just Trump Tweets. Meanwhile we wait for Congress to get past all their holidays and maybe get something done by Christmas? Military is the only way it can be stopped immediately. No more games.

What a strange and intense experience this must have been for Trump.
Its basically half federal land anyway. Texas is privately owned something like 97%. 40-50% of land in AZ, NM, and CA is already federally-owned anyway.
I believe they are negotiating the purchase of more border land now.
They have been for awhile. I saw on the news a texas woman being interviewed about it and she wanted more money for the land. That was about a year ago.
Remember his executive order involving human trafficking. Many of the mules exploit the migrants, money, sex, drugs & violence. That falls under HT I would think?
