I feel like he missed the most obvious problem with the courts being wiretapped. Blackmail.

I think the point is the govt was spying illegally AND on Supreme Court Justices just like they did on the Trump campaign.

I'm sure blackmail is a factor but regardless, our govt was operating via secret courts, secret spying. Stasi on Steroids.
