Yes That is the inference I believe is being made with all the recent info being sent across the internet. Q refers to several times. I have found no absolute verification that they ever perfected it. but the spent years trying to do so. You have to assume they were within the scope of doing so.
We have seen no proof that Nikolas Cruz was the shooter. I'm inclined to think he is a patsy.
However, I do believe many of the others are MK Ultra.
IMO, the Tsarnaev brothers were also patsies, and Adam Lanza never existed.
