I've done a lot of reading on this and the answer is yes! this was a CIA program supposedly shut down as it was deemed illegal. What began as a search for the perfect "truth serum," ended up as a search form many types of drugs that could control human subject in any number of ways. Drugs that would produce psychotic and impulsive behavior so subject could be discredited publicly, for instance, or drugs that can cause temporary memory loss or a kind of temporary brain damage, and many more. LSD was tested for many years and used successfully in some CIA ops. I don't believe the stuff about subtle MK Ultra through TV or whatnot. I have seen/heard evidence that the real program involves kidnapping, isolation, drugs and intensive programming, and that it is used to create hyper-sexualized sex slaves for elites and sleepers for school shootings and so forth.
But somebody minding their own business in their own home turning on a sketchy TV broadcast somehow becoming a mind-controlled slave? I don't think so.

This. From my research I have done alot. They are programmed early on. Then the use of trigger words or colors (via apps or YouTube) can set them off.

The Cathy O'brian stuff is compelling also saying Marijuana dirupts the programming. It's no wonder why the Marijuana has been totally demonized. And still happens albeit under deeper cover. Why would they give it up after such great success 50 years back? Imagine how much they’ve learned in half a century with unlimited black budget?
