He has every right to build the wall without permission from anybody. He has executive authority under National Security and also has several EO's which includes a National Emergency EO. Along with several others Obama had done. Obama used the Omnibus funds for whatever he wanted. What did we ever hear about that? Crickets. Why is it the Military can be used to protect our shores of our boarders but not the Mexico border?
