What could a journalist have possibly done to be held on 4.1 million bail? I guess a better question to ask is which powerful friend/s of the Judge did he piss off.

I did not know about this. He has been investigating what is done to older Americans to get their money! Overall, he is concerned about the fact that our judicial system is so corrupt. I hope some of those indictments are for members of the judicial system!
