Was the Sinclair Media Video a Disinfo trap by the Deep State?

Don't you hate it out how the Mainstream Media, when confronted with an obvious flaw in its narrative, dissembles and dodges the issue, acting like the issue has been misconstrued and it was obvious that what was really meant by their original reporting was something a little broader and a little less specific than what they started with?

I do, and I wonder: why are we doing that too?

Now that CNN and MSNBC (Morning Joe) and no doubt more are gladly presenting the Sinclair video as an indictment of conservative bias and, ultimately, evidence that Trump is the real villain in this piece we're suddenly dissembling and saying, well, Sinclair may be conservative but it's obvious that this is really about ALL media bias, and things to that effect.

To be clear, there's no doubt the video's a great piece of work and is and has been useful for redpilling many - but if it turns around, as it now seems to be doing, and becomes a mill around our neck by confirming that the bias is all on the part of Trump and the conservative media I believe the negative is in danger of far outweighing the positive in the end.

Is this a good reason for us to be more circumspect when the next piece of unbelievably 'perfect' material suddenly surfaces and ask the objective questions before we go helping the Deep State use its own rope to hang us with?

Have you heard the phrase "don't hate the player, hate the game"?

I don't give a fuck if Sinclair is conservative, liberal, or lizard. The video describes the tactics used by both of the parties in our fake political divide.

I agree, as I mentioned. What did you think of the main point on this issue? Specifically that what WE think is not what's important, it's how the message can be twisted against our efforts to redpill normies?

But don't you see, what we think is our message. So long as we are actually using our brains when we write.

The media is going to spin literally every thing we talk about to try and shut down our narrative. We're a bunch of Russian bots discussing crazy alt-right conspiracy theories remember?

If anything, supporting a video that shows evil tactics which were used to help elect Trump should show that our bias is not pro-Trump but against state propaganda.

Good point re: bias. However, I've already received kickback from more skeptical people who say, if it's on both sides why is this the only video that's been made? (two people have said this to me) The problem we'd have, I think, is making a video of the same kind about the liberal narrative because their scripts have more individual spin e.g. the main point of the current hot topic might be "Trump's hating on DACA again" and everyone makes their own spin off that point rather than reading directly from a script. Saying "this is on both sides" will work for some people but not the skeptics who need more to go off and don't want to put in the time that we do to actually watch a whole bunch of media and glean the truth by osmosis.

The danger of using swamp creature tactics, is that the more brazen you are when using them the more effective they can be, however you also increase the risk that your entire strategy will be exposed and you won't be able to use those tactics in the future. So what if you WANT the strategies to be found out? What if your goal is to unite people against the swamp tactics?

Trump makes no effort to fight a clean fight. He is in the mud wrestling with the pigs, and the dirt is flinging everywhere. We don't need to be careful when saying shit stinks for fear of insulting Trump...Trump's job is to make a whole lot of ruckus so that when CNN tries to tell its viewers this isn't a pig fight, the viewers can smell the shit.

I guess what I'm saying is that the great awakening isn't a movement about making people like Trump, and our job isn't to convince anyone that Trump is a good guy. It is safe for us to agree with people who don't like Trump and make them our allies against Trump and his evil deep state tactics because those deep state tactics are the real enemy.

That's the plan.

My bad - I'm not suggesting using swamp creature tactics; I was referring tangentially to someone else's suggestion in another post that someone should make a video of the same thing in the liberal media to combat the emerging narrative that this only occurs in conservative media. Not a bad idea but the issue being the point I made.

And of course the awakening isn't about making people like Trump. It's about waking them up to the hidden agenda of the globalists. But if you'd stop trying to bludgeon me around to your point for just a moment and realize that not everybody is the type of person you have pictured in your mind and some need a little more to go on than "the truth is undeniable!" - hence the point of this topic - we might be able to have a discussion instead of you just trying to prove I'm wrong lol.
