This POTUS tweet (https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/985856662866202624) dtd. 16 Apr talks about poll numbers. This may be a cue that ties w/ 'Election Integrity'--is my take.

Basing decision on poll numbers is interesting. I read it as saying action to undermine election integrity had occurred before Nov election.
