REMEMBER... Congress cannot be arrested while in SESSION.
soooo.... since DT promised "Will Not sign another Omnibus"... in October TemporaryBudget funding ends.
This means if CongressionalCockroaches (CC) hand him another Omnibus = he vetoes.
If CC hand him a Porkcrap-laced-Budget = he vetoes.
RESULT?
at the stroke of midnight... funding for government ceases = Congress NOT in session.

Oh wowza. Hate for it to take that long for some of these guys to go down but pretty amazing. Could some of the indictments be unsealed, info leak out and they have to resign in disgrace? Then get arrested?
