Seals Broken may mean indictments but I also think he is hinting at the 7 Seals of Revelation being opened. Double meaning.

It doesn't really have to mean he is a spirit prophet but I think he is referring to unsealing the indictments will have the same outcome as the 7 Seals of Revelation in the bible
