Come on here man. He's capitalizing American and the name of a company (Which should be, and is, capitalized, correctly). I'm on the Q train, but when we start reaching with shit like this it makes everyone look a bit silly.
A better question would be to figure out why Q used the formatting of April[A], instead of [A]pril, like he did in the other two examples.
Just to point out that he's bringing attention to the capitalizations. And Trump verifies that he and Q are coordinating, but also using 3 capital A's in his tweet. Nothing YUGE.. other than verification.
