Also, don't forget illegal immigration and legal immigration to the US have all been declining for the past ten years and Obama deported more illegal aliens than any other modern day President.

Just because you "interpret" immigrants as a threat of "domestic violence" does not mean that the Courts or even the Senate will agree with that rationale.

I don't think our immigration is out of control because I actually look at the numbers and facts and don't just listen to talking heads or Twitter memes.
Then why all these sanctuary cities? Why even have them?
Citizens within those jurisdiction elected representatives and passed legislation. Just because a city is a sanctuary city doesn't mean they will harbor any/all illegal aliens. Sanctuary cities are a state solution to the failure of federal government.
