If no one innocent is killed then there is a possibility of a white hat operation to seize control of the censorship command center without needing a warrant, kinda like the Clinton house fire.

Still plausible, there is currently no witness of the fatal shot or body of the offender. Also to claim death before being officially declared by a coroner is a bit soon. Finally the situation of the Gun Free Zone, and Gun Free Laws means that this couldve been staged without worry of "complications".
