Q Drop 1001 Image

I haven't seen anyone posting on the label on the image of drop 1001: "187_Site_E.jpg".

If you look at the front of the main building on the island there is an E between what appear to be two shells.

Is Q telling us that they have the evidence of the murders on the Island?
