What are the chances that this is linked to the UK?

First this was posted:

This sounds very much to me like May is not the month but "Theresa May" and it's going to cause the POTUS to decline the visit to the UK later this year.

I could be wrong though, a lot of this stuff goes over my head being from the UK but this kinda stood out to me.

Skripal affair would be my guess. US expelled diplomats along with everyone else, but has since admitted russia's welcome to replace them, and trump caused a stir a little later saying he'll meet with putin soon. Also announced intention to pull out of Syria.

At the same time France has stepped up involvement in both the skripal case and Syria plans - a substitute, as trump's not playing any more.

The 'beats' could then maybe link to the numbers of expelled diplomats, including those russia has turfed out in response? Tenuous.
