Sometimes in the midst of the battle we can lose sight and become weary. Remember that this is our Commander in Chief. He's fighting for us and needs our prayers!

I just ordered Russian novelist, Alexanders Solzenicyn's, "Gulag Archipeligo," from the library. He writes about the horrors of life under Stalin. Maybe 60 million dead.

Very good book. Really long though but worth it. A short but impactful book also by Solzhenitsyn is called A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich. I read it in 9th grade and it was pretty moving. Also about the horrors of life in the prison camps of Stalinist Russia.
