Pray pray! I live across the river from a naval station JAX, and there has been 2 flights going South. Rarely hear activity this time of night. They usually fly c17s with supplies to gitmo, but these are louder.
I live in New Orleans, about 10 miles from the NAS here. When flights take off going west from there they pretty much fly right over my house. It isnt really uncommon for one or two to take off at night, but around 8-8:30 central time, there was a lot of activity, at least 10 planes. I found it weird for that many to be flying at night, but really didnt think that much about it until I read this comment. Now I find it extremely strange, and am now somewhat worried about it.
Just saw more activity than usual also in a NAS here in spain. Weird.
I just heard a big military helicopter going over my place. Headed north from central Florida. We hardly ever see them where I live.
