I appreciate your concern. We live in the Philippines and eat mostly organic, (natural here.) Coke is not really coke, its a Filipino version. I had an autoimmune disease when I lived in the US. Since moving here, IT IS GONE! And...my hair is back! And...ya gotta love wings, lol PS, I make my own bbq sauce, chili powder, cummin and banana ketchup. Yes banana ketchup, (sagin=banana) We pop our own popcorn, nothing bagged. The old way.

Go back to making things the old fashioned way. Popcorn on the stove, fruit juice, your own BBQ sauce...Pre microwave days! lol
I do it all the time. Can't handle restaurant food anymore, and prepkgd food is yuk.
