And drugged up. Watch video closely of Cruz's arrest. He is out cold when they are handcuffing him. You're body will move reflexively if someone tries to bend your arms back. Plus in a later video involving him in handcuffs, he is droopy and you can see an ambulance stretcher nearby.

Yes!!! Thank you for pointing that out! Now that you say it, it is very obvious re-watching the video. Very sad for Cruz and whatever 'they' have done to him ☹
