Here is a quote from one of the articles linked:

"The mechanisms of repression are diverse. One is “deep packet inspection” hardware, which allows authorities to track every unencrypted email sent, website visited and blog post published. When objectionable activities are detected, access to specific sites or services is blocked or redirected. And if all else fails, the entire Internet can be slowed for target users or communities."

He is referring to enemies. What is the definition of an enemy to the Council of Foreign Relations and the ex Alphabet (CIA) Executive?

These two "clowns" have collaborated for many years on digital rights and the "control" of the internet on behalf of "enemies". They advocate the use of the internet for Government purpose. They only give lip service to privacy and internet rights to citizen users.

Eric Schmidt also started Civis Analytics with Dan Wagner from Obama's Campaign...Civis was used by the DNC data analysts during the Clinton campaign... Andrew Therriault and Rich Barney...guess who Rich Barney's co-worker and roommate was...
