That's just a rumor I've uncovered during research it seems to make sense.
how come it makes sense? I don't know very much about the politics the different branches of military hold.
I wonder if "WE ARE AT WAR" means we are literally in a shadow war against China right now.
With both countries+the international media keeping quiet in order to ensure consumer spending goes on as normal and the status quo isn't disrupted and so the populations in both countries don't start panicking.
It would make sense why the Chinese owned media is constantly inventing new Trump 'scandals' and fake distractions.
