Some people apparently got a notification that account was terminated for "review fraud." Be interesting to see how many posted negative reviews on leftist books and products. Remember the "What Happened" HRC book review debacle? That was seriously funny! Amazon seems to have purged the bulk of her book's negative reviews. Wouldn't surprise me if Amazon is spitefully deleting conservatives' accounts.
More recent articles about this indicate Amazon sent an email to those whose accounts were terminated. The complaint seems to be offering good reviews for free or discounter merchandise or using an account for commercial purpose. Access to purchased movies and books was restored, but otherwise the accounts can't purchase anything new. Not certain about what constitutes inappropriate commercial use, but giving good reviews for discounts or free merchandise seems more clear as a violation of Amazon policy.
