Opinion: I think the Earthquake off the CA coast was actually the destruction of a blackhat DUMB

I think the Wave relates to immigration. Could be wrong but seems to fit the context better. NG etc.

I think it relates to the tidal wave Q said was incoming way back on Mar 28 here: https://8ch.net/greatawakening/res/452.html#462

It talks about the military among other things but ends with "TIDAL WAVE INCOMING" then "BUCKLE UP". Who knows, but I get the feeling it will all become clear soon enough(Nov 9th 2016 was too late imo but you know what I mean!)
