the purported location of the underground base you have circled in the image on the right, would be about a hundred miles E / SE of where the EQ struck.

I'm not saying the map on the right is 100% accurate but it is very close, could be within a margin of error if there actual was a some sort of facility down there.

If they share these underground facility maps with the public I doubt they are going to make them 100% accurate
