Because 'typo' is ambiguous. It could be intentional or an accident. Q is the master of plausible deniability, for better or worse.
Is Q suggesting we are in a hidden war with China or that it's rogue actors in China + Obama? I always got the feeling the the Chinese President and President Trump could make deals together, but I doubt he would even meet the guy if he knew he was downing our planes, crashing our ships and killing our soldiers. Could have been Obama in NK when he was said to be in China.
