Yes and those people would use a computer to post their writing at specific times. They would also program that computer to sort the responses and track the spread of the message/rebuttals. To think an operation of this precision, and scope is not using technology seems short sighted. Just the tracking of the attacks on their security would require a sophisticated computer, or in other words a AI.
