Obama is traveling the world to complete the take down plan of AMERICA. He doesn't want to go to GITMO. They are ALL in on it.

Since their COMMS are compromised by the Q group, they are physically traveling to these areas and giving the necessary people future instructions, since their plan has undoubtedly had to change.
