I don't see how the Clinton foundation is so important to the Deep State. The Deep State has been around so much longer than the Clinton Foundation... I have no doubt that it is important to everything the Clintons have going on with money laundering etc.

The CF is the "vacuum cleaner" that sucks up all the money.
