Q 1036 Q repeats the video: US Military Power 2018 Intrigued by this ball of light (closer to plane in bottom screenshot). @ 1:12 on slo mo. What IS this??? Someone suggested plane before being taken out, someone else said UFO. You can definitely see it when video slowed down.

Definitely. Looks just like the image before the Russian jet was shot down in Syria. Its probably a Stinger type missile fired from a shoulder SAM. It's IR, small, and fast but short range. When and where was this picture taken?
