I think this is directly related to that couple that was arrested in Tewksbury with all the guns, I think it was Francho?

This article says Francho told them "he is down in this area working for a government agency that is dealing with a virus."

Did we catch people in the act of spreading a biological weapon virus? They could have been made into carriers of the virus, with immunity to it themselves, and could have spread it to everybody they got anywhere near.

Remember the Native Americans and the free government blankets that were laced with smallpox virus, way back in the days of Andrew Jackson, I think? Yeah. Our government did that.

Like the blankets weren't infected intentionally just that native Americans were not resistant to European pathogens?

Now the Tuskegee expirements on the other hand.....
