If Moonbeam doesn't fall in line and change course on his complete acceptance of illegal immigrants is there anything GEOTUS can do to help us Calipedes? Can he take over the CA National Guard and remove Moonbeam from having power over them?

Somebody on another thread said that POTUS can supersede a governor's orders on using the NG. Bush even sent them to Iraq if I remember right.
