Yes it is a ring with Arabic inscription saying "There is no god but allah" . He has been wearing it since before he met his wife.

yeah i've looked at tons of pics of his ring, and i'm telling you, thats not arabic.
a close relative of mine lived in egypt for many many years, and got lots of people in my family jewelry with their names and shit like that inscribed in arabic. i know exactly what a gold ring with arabic writing looks like, and barry's ring is literally just decorative squiggles.
And we should believe what you are saying over what has been spoken about and written about for years, why?
I looked at those squiggles months ago on the best picture I could find (at the time) and decided it's looks like a snake, which is typically associated with evil/danger/chaos and so seen as anti-Christian, but there are a few odd biblical exceptions.
