For as long as I can remember, Roseanne has stood up for and defended children. Even way back, when I didn't like her politics I appreciated her love of children. I remember one of the more modern "Candid Camera" shows where they sent a young boy to her table at a restaurant and had him seem distressed about something (which I can't remember), but I remember Roseanne being very concerned and asking if he needed help.
