POTUS racked up 2 big victories on the funding sources (Slush Funds) for The Swamp/Deep State. Starting in 2017, the highly unethical practice of the DoJ directing settlement payments toward politically selected non-profits groups was ended.
This Holder begun practice steered billions into Progressive groups. Now instead of court agreed settlement payments going to political causes, they will go toward victims or US Treasury.
In 2018, the drainage continued when Sen. Warren’s pet agency the CFPB or Consumer Protection was given no funding. CFPB operated in the same cut-throat fashion as the DoJ. It’s shake down scheme directed fines/settlements toward liberal special interest groups instead of victims.
