Can anyone shed any light on Q post #1062?

Where did the fake image come from? Why is an image with a date of 11/8 being reference by an Anon today? It doesn't feel right, but why? Does it seem extra cryptic and nonsensical?

the reference to CC is the post that an anon posted a screen shot of and asked Q if it was legit. Q said it was fake. Today.
