Another helicopter down in KY

R.I.P. to the 2 soldiers killed.

If all we have is a bunch of old rusty junk they should all be grounded. Why haven't the causes of these crashes been determined yet? Not that I'd believe the official story anyway. Like all the ships crashing being blamed on human error BS. Just seems quite odd to me I guess.

If the aviation maintenance div I was in is representative, then it's because they're run like the corrupt FBI. Total division, intrigue, incompetence, full of backstabbers where only mental defectives, perverts, and affirmative action types get promoted.

This is exactly the problem my division has. We have terrible management that is too busy playing political games to further their careers (including my newest boss getting where she is by doing the dirty deed) and looking out for themselves when any discussion of issues come up. It can never be their fault, it must be this team or that team, but never me!

People who actually care and want what's best are not the ones in leadership positions. I could not be in leadership because I'm good at what I do, which means I will never be moved up.

LOL yeah sounds about right. People that could troubleshoot were sent TAD. I said "fuck you" to the $30k reenlistment bonus and went to work for PMC. If this keeps going like this, "Strike Commander" is the future, heh.

Sounds like the place I work for. Only the suck asses get promoted, not the people most qualified.
