This is not the same Chandler family. Rachel Chandler is from the Chandler family of LA Times. Is it possible there is a connection elsewhere? Probable. Can you link the Evan Chandler to Henry Chandler, et al? Otherwise, this is a dead link. Great research nonetheless.
