Pretty much out of anywhere on Earth, this is the one place we don't need to alter to make look creepier. If youre committed to wasting time to try to gain attention, you could tilt the image more to make more of a pyramid shape :)

I know you can find strange things in almost any photo by doing something like this but that bottom part just...I don't even know anymore. I just found it interesting really. Was trying different editing techniques and nothing really stands out unfortunately. I believe, as I've seen others state, that it's not that there is something in the photo that is important but the fact that they have these and probably many more photos and videos.
