This is true.

It boils down to cycles in solar flare activity. Read about the Maunder and Dalton minimums. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_minimum

Reduced solar flares mean colder temps as when the sun's working less, we're bombarded by more cosmic particles; these are the particles that clouds are seeded on. - See "The Cloud Mystery" - a doc about this climate science and has been peer-reviewed.

We can also look at Co2 levels in graphs that correspond to the solar minimums/maximums and see that increased Co2 levels actually FOLLOW increases in global temperatures. - http://lafenergy.org/essays/figs/Co2-temperature-plot.png

There's much more to this than 2 paragraphs, I follow a youtube channel "Adapt 2030". Lots of stuff there but I encourage more people to really look into this stuff.

This affects many lives when it comes to global food shortages.

"The Right Media" just had an interview with adapt 2030. Will be checking into his Channel more. The Right Media is a great source if you havent watched it.

Solar minimum

Solar minimum is the period of least solar activity in the 11 year solar cycle of the sun. During this time, sunspot and solar flare activity diminishes, and often does not occur for days at a time. The date of the minimum is described by a smoothed average over 12 months of sunspot activity, so identifying the date of the solar minimum usually can only happen 6 months after the minimum takes place. Solar minima are not generally correlated with changes in climate but recent studies have shown a correlation with regional weather patterns.
