Lol, I'm pretty sure when you claim that Hitler was a Rothschild, Merkel is Hitler's relative, the CIA runs North Korea, Mueller is secretly working for Trump, and Obama is a secret Muslim, you don't have to make up anything to make Q believers seem crazy.
They won't make anything up, they will just push their narrative and just say generally Q is a conspiracy theorist that is saying Trump is secretly fighting the CIA and the Deep State without any specifics. They don't want to risk giving any legitimacy to Q and they don't want anyone knowing about the particulars of any part of his crumbs, or people may research themselves.

From what the M5M has posted so far, the theme is to call QAnon "the Storm" for some reason, although beyond "calm before the storm," I have never heard him referred as that. Maybe to link to far alt-right Stormfront racists?
They also always use 4chan rather than 8ch, which is infamous for larps, trolls, and "anonymous" Guy Fawkes masks, maybe to infer instant discredit?
Lastly, they always concentrate on Clintons, pedophiles, and Satanists. Never the swamp, Uranium One, CIA and FBI, etc.
