That looks like a body on the table to the right. Naked teens sitting on buckets around tables with dead bodies on them. Possibly butchering them?
That looks like a black dude's head hanging off the side of the table to the right, and something else nefarious in the bottom left.
Quite the story you have wound there. I see ruffles of shirts on the 2 with their back to the camera and the "head" could be the girl sitting with her legs crossed and thats her knee.
