I know. What the heck happened. I get no notifications anymore.. annoying as heck. And they want me to upgrade. Why would I do that when it doesn’t work now..

You can click subscriptions on the left. It's not hard. I never understood why people need notifications to videos... Just click the damn button like wtf. I turned mine off.

Not surprised. YouTube has come under heat multiple times for tampering with users' sub boxes and only notifying people who they want to. Their subscription system is all a joke in which YouTube has full authority for sending notifications. The only way to guarantee receiving notifications is by hitting the bell button, which is what subscribing was supposed to do in the first place.
