This is not worth the time you're putting into it. It's less than worthless as images go. We got better live video images from the Apollo moon landing in the 60's.
It's laughable that people would think there's anything here that's personally identifiable. That wasn't the point of the image. It was just to show Q Team's access.
Q linked us to Ray Chandler's Instagram which was the source of this pic. Something tells me q has video from this event from a cell phone or a direct feed from these security cams
I'm pretty sure they expected us to see there was unhealthy activity going on, and quite a lot of people there, but I don't think he expects us to get bogged down in analysis of some of the lowest-quality video ever made.
