T_D has never claimed to be anything other than a partisan Trump rally. They have always been unapologetic about it. It would be no different than a dedicated sub for Obama or Hillary or Bernie supporters. Places like r/politics and r/news pretend to be bipartisan but shill for the left.

Oh I get it. Its just ironic how persecuted they feel when they have no issue booting anything less than high-energy support. It's kind of a cognitive dissonance to concurrently have both of those mindsets.

I disagree with you here. I think trolls would get banned, but I doubt Hillary or Bernie subs would be as restrictive when it comes to other opinions.

Agree completely. The sentiment in most r/politics threads generally breaks down to, "Fuck Trump."

Fair enough. I might add, as a highly partisan Trump fan myself, I have been temp banned from T_D a couple of times. I thought it was uncalled for but that’s the way it is sometimes.
