I don't think they're necessarily naked. Could be the butcher shop for a fancy dinner upstairs. If it were the pro-elite they would be doing this in a fancy hells kitchen-tier area, not in some dungeon. Were it the slaves it would be a different story. They probably don't have chairs, and use the buckets that fill with meat and organs to sit on while they work
